Small technical issues and my busy schedule prevented me from posting a new episode until now.

Are you ready to answer the phone?

1. Phone should only be answered by a qualified person who has been trained on using the call script.
2. Call log sheets should be placed beside every telephone. It's ok if have the questions you will ask pre-listed on the call log sheet.
3. Callers can pick up on any hint of non genuine conversation. Be yourself and above all be honest, sincere and genuine!
4. Place yourself in a position of readiness; back straight, smile on your face, attitude of gratitude....
5. Always answer the phone on the third ring, no sooner and no later.
